You can uninstall the app at any time to stop further data processing. Requests for data deletion or modification can be made via email.

Using the app may require you to accept terms of use. A username or email address is not needed for basic functionality. If issues arise regarding user experience, your installation ID/device ID and email address may be used for identification.

Data processing is carried out per Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for fulfilling our contractual obligations. Personal data will be retained until the contract is fulfilled unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Responses related to contractual matters are handled per Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, while other inquiries are processed under our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data will be deleted after responding unless we have legal obligations to retain it.
